About me

I'm an exited B2B founder and former COO who has built technology companies from inception through international expansion to acquisition.

I've led commercial and operations teams in venture-backed environments, scaling from zero to 200+ customers, landing first strategic deals in new markets, and building revenue systems that make growth measurable and repeatable.

Before tech, I worked in economic consulting, advising enterprises and public bodies on strategy, analytics and behavioural economics. That background still shapes how I approach my work: from first principles, based on data, building simple systems that scale.
